Wall Coating Systems

Prior to any work being commenced, our installations team will complete an  individual risk assessment at your property to ensure all work is undertaken both safely and efficiently.

Using professional pressure-controlled cleaning equipment your roof or walls will be deep cleaned in order to remove all traces of moss, lichen and algae.

Your roof or wall will be fully sanitised with a biodegradable solution to eradicate any traces of moss, lichen and algae and prevent regrowth.

Once the roof surface has been fully cleaned and sanitised, we will realign any misplaced tiles and replace any cracked or broken ones. Flashings will be repaired in addition to ridges and verges being re-pointed where required.

Once the walls have been fully cleaned and sanitised, we will then patch and repair any damaged roughcast areas as agreed.

A primer is applied to ensure a strong bond between the roof tiles and the coating.

The installations team will mask around all windows, doors and conservatories and ensure the surrounding area is covered with protective sheeting.

Using specialist graco sprayers,

• the tiles are sprayed with a base coating followed by a second coating in order to fully seal the roof
  
  
• the walls are sprayed with a minimum of two coats of our specialist coating in your preferred colour choice
