What it involves
Roof Coating Systems - The Process
1. Site Preparation
Our installations team will complete a risk assessment to ensure all work is undertaken safely and efficiently.
2. Deep Clean
Using professional pressure-controlled cleaning equipment, your roof will be deep cleaned to remove all traces of moss, lichen & algae.
3. Anti-Fungal Treatment
Your roof will be fully sanitised with a biological solution to eradicate all traces of moss, lichen and algae to prevent regrowth.
4. Roof Repairs
Once prepared all tiles will be realigned with broken or cracked tiles replaced. Flashings will be repaired, ridges & verges repointed as required.
5. Prime
A primer is applied which ensures a strong bond between the roof tiles and the roof coating.
6. Coat & Seal
Using specialist Graco spray guns, roof tiles are sprayed with a base coat with a second application applied which completes the roof coating.
7. The Clean Up
At the end of the installation, all areas are cleaned thoroughly and all sites are cleared and tidied to your satisfaction.
